How It Started

Upflex is a synergistic outcome of Christophe Garnier and Ginger
Dhaliwal joining forces. It began in 2018 as a booking and coworking aggregator to assist businesses in embracing workplace flexibility, giving employees more choices, and improving work/life balance. Upflex India was the outcome of India’s largest Real Estate consultancy firm, Anarock property consultants joining hands with Upflex Global to implement the future of workspaces into the Indian subcontinent.

How It’s Going

2020 saw the workspace culture undergo a paradigm shift. Enterprise-scale companies around the world struggled to adapt to the ever-changing demands of distributed work. It led to an en masse acceptance of Upflex’s core principles that serve as indispensable means to making hybrid work functional. Today, businesses worldwide use Upflex’s space network and solutions to power the flexible workplace of the future.

Vincent Lottefier

With over 33 years of experience, Vincent Lottefier is a subject matter expert in commercial real estate, with a particular focus on the hybrid future of work and co-working. Currently he is Chief Stategy Officer at Upflex, the largest SaaS on demand co-working network across the world with more than 10,000 locations across 1600 cities. From 2018 to 2020, Vincent was special advisor to Mark Dixon, global CEO of IWG, the largest operator of flexible spaces across the world with more than 3,000 locations. But the bulk of his career was at JLL, in various global leadership roles including (1) Global President responsable for JLL portfolio services across the world. Mainly, 7 business lines including transaction management, workplace, consulting, lease and data management, global benchmarking and Occupancy planning. (2) Global Director and CEO, Corporate Solutions, EMEA (6/2010- 10/2015) (3) global head of the International desk based in NYC and (4) CEO of JLL India and member of the Asia Pacific Management Board with a team of more than 3,000 real estate professionals.

Ginger Dhaliwal

Ginger Dhaliwal is a seasoned entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience, specializing in startups across Asia and North America. She has a proven track record of leading product development, from concept to launch, in healthcare, e-commerce, and fashion. Ginger co-founded Embedded Wireless, growing it from 1 to 100 engineers with international offices.

Currently, as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Upflex, she’s driving innovation in on-demand workspaces to make businesses more efficient, agile, and sustainable while providing employees access to a global workspace network.

Christophe Garnier

With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Christophe Garnier has led successful companies across the globe, from San Francisco to Singapore. He excels in building disruptive tech firms, from assembling A-teams to fundraising and maximizing profitability. As the leader of Upflex, he’s driving a more flexible and sustainable workplace.

Christophe’s previous ventures include Spark Labs, helping international companies expand into the US, and Totsy, an e-commerce platform for moms. He is a recognized specialist in the mobile tech, enterprise SaaS and e-commerce sectors.

Kajal Kadam

With 6 years of invaluable experience in the coworking industry, Kajal Kadam embarked on her journey as a Customer Service Executive, specializing in business operations. Over time, her passion for the industry and her relentless drive for professional growth led her to collaborate closely with her seniors in the Sales team.

For the past 4 years, she has been a dynamic force in the revenue business vertical, consistently delivering outstanding results and generating business opportunities for her company.

Pawan Hegde

Pawan Hegde brings an impressive 15-year track record of international and domestic sales experience in both the real estate and IT sectors. His extensive career has encompassed serving a diverse clientele. Pawan’s depth of expertise in the real estate and IT industries is underscored by his successful partnerships with esteemed organizations, including Tata, LinkedIn, British Council, WWE Corp, American Express, and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi.

Pratyush Pandey

Pratyush Pandey is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in managing large-scale real estate accounts and transactions across a wide spectrum of sectors, including Warehouse & Industrial leasing, Hospitality, Land, Joint Ventures, Joint Development, Retail, and Commercial office space.

Pratyush has a remarkable track record of orchestrating some of the country’s most prominent land, hospitality, and retail transactions, forging successful partnerships with both national and international operators, developers, and funds.

Rohin Shah

Rohin Shah, the Director and Co-Founder of Marylebone Asset Management brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector, spanning Indian and European markets. Commencing his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1986, Rohin’s deep engagement with the Indian property markets began in 1992. Since 1994, he has been a successful partner with Anuj Puri in India’s leading real-estate company, ANAROCK.

Rohin holds a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Land Management from Reading University and a Master’s degree in Property Investment from City University. His notable achievements include being appointed an eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2011.

Anuj Puri

Anuj Puri, Chairman at ANAROCK Property Consultants Private Limited, brings over 27 years of comprehensive expertise in real estate and social development projects. His proficiency extends to demand assessment studies, transaction services, marketing strategies, and fund sourcing.

Previously, at JLL India, Anuj led the largest premier real estate services company in India, overseeing 4800 employees across 11 cities with an annual turnover exceeding INR 800 crores. His leadership and industry knowledge continue to drive success and innovation in real estate.
